Ameneh Maghzi
Going Above & Beyond for Our ClientsAmeneh Maghzi
Founding Attorney
Attorney Maghzi not only has wide experience of legal practice but, as an immigrant herself, is uniquely well-positioned to help other immigrants navigate what can be a bewildering process in immigration law.
Before immigrating to her new home, Attorney Maghzi worked as an Attorney at Law in the field of international law. After moving to Canada, she qualified in several areas of practice and worked in the areas of family and criminal law as a volunteer. She holds a Master of Political Science from the Memorial University of New Newfoundland, St. John, Canada, where she was named “Fellow of the School of Graduate Studies” in recognition of her academic excellence and achievement. She gained a Master of Laws from Emory University School of Law, receiving a certificate of recognition from the Center for the Study of Law and Religion there for excellence in scholarship and dedication to the field.
However high she has flown academically and professionally in her adopted country, Ameneh remains a proud immigrant and one who is sensitive to the particular challenges and issues all immigrants face. Having jumped the immigration hurdles herself, she is now ready to accompany other applicants through what, as she knows better than anyone, can be a confusing and even frightening process.
Attorney Maghzi is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyer Association.
